Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

This Sponsorship Agreement is entered into between Open Art Night and you the "Sponsor."

1. SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

The Sponsor agrees to provide sponsorship for Open Art Night at the following levels:

1.1 Gold Sponsorship Package:

Exhibition Space,Website Listing,Your Logo On promotions,Your Logo At Exhibitions,Social Media Promotions, provided at the Gold level.

1.2 Silver Sponsorship Package:

Your Logo At Exhibitions,Website Listing,Your Logo On Promotions provided at the Silver level.

1.3 Bronze Sponsorship Package:

You Logo On Promotions,Facebook Promotions provided at the Bronze level.

2. LOGO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Sponsor grants Open Art Night the right to use and display the Sponsor's logo and trademarks in connection with the promotion of Open Art Night. The Sponsor acknowledges that any business arising from the use of its logo shall be to the benefit of the Sponsor.

3. PAYMENT AND INVOICING

The Sponsor agrees to make payment for the selected sponsorship level in accordance with this payment schedule provided by Open Art Night. Invoices will be sent to the Sponsor's billing contact.

Open Art Night will contact you the sponsor each month to collaborate on any promotions and advertising you wish to include within your next months sponsorship and arrange payment.

4. TERMINATION

This Agreement is a rolling month-to-month agreement, and either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written or verbal notice. In the event of termination, the Sponsor shall be represented on all promotions and events up to the last day of the current sponsorship month there after all Logos,Website content,& Social Media content will be removed.

5. CONDITIONS

The Sponsor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and conduct its activities in a manner consistent with the values and mission of Open Art Night.

Open Art Night reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Sponsor engages in any conduct that,  Open Art Night, Considers  detrimental to the reputation or success of Open Art Night.

6. GOVERNING LAW

The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
